The prices are intended per apartment and day.

Prices may vary depending on the category and location of the flat.
The binding rate is the one agreed directly with our office:
• The apartments are fully furnished for tourist rental (some without oven and dishwasher)
• The number of people occupying the property cannot exceed that indicated in the confirmation.
• On the day of departure, the owner reserves the right to inspect the property
• All rental contracts are subject to the condition, that guests will pay for any damage they cause to the property.
• Regarding pets, personalized negotiation.
• Check in from 15.00 to 20.00, in case of arrival after this time, a telephone communication is required. Check out from 07.00 to 9.00.
• We inform our guests that the balance must be paid 3 days before departure. Tourist tax, extras will be requested in cash
• Only bookings accompanied by a deposit are considered binding.

Advance payment
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% or 50% of the total amount of services booked will be required. The cosigning deposit is never refundable except in the event of a new "lockdown" by the national authority, region, province, municipality as follows:
• 90% deposit refund for all apartments

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes beyond the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the first night will be charged for each person in the canceled apartment, for stays of up to 3 nights, while for longer stays, 50% of the total amount of the booked stay.
Cancellations for holiday periods (Christmas, New Year etc.) or High season (12 July-30 August): will be accepted up to 15 days before the check-in date. For cancellations received from the 15th to the 7th day before the check-in date, only the cost of the deposit will be charged, from the 6th day the amount of the entire stay will be charged. dalaNat reserves the right to credit the total amount due in case of cancellations after this period. No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.

NoShow: (no-show)
In case of no show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Causes of force majeure
The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
